*IMPORTANT: There are two different versions of X5 firmware for different revisions of the headset. Make sure you install the correct version for the headset you have. An incorrect version will not result in a successful upgrade. So be sure to make certain which revision you have before installing.

How do I find out which revision I have?

Remove the battery from the X5 Headset.
On the headset printed on a white background where the battery sits is a series of numbers after S/N.
Take note of the first two digits.

It will looks like this: S/N HXxxxxxx

If the serial number begins with H1 download and install
this H1 firmware.

If the serial number begins with H4 download and install
this H4 firmware.
