Warranty Process

BlueAnt Wireless prides itself on maintaining a world class
locally based Helpdesk and Warranty return procedure.

We are committed to a 3 business day turn around time for product
returns where possible.

There are two options for booking warranty returns, using our
1) Internet Service Centre or
2) Customer Service Centre on the telephone.

Note: Our website is packed with Sales Tools to assist resellers
and end-users in choosing and using BlueAnt products.

Guided Connection Guided Connection Assistance Policy

For customers who are having issues connecting devices we encourage resellers to inform them that they should speak to one of the BlueAnt Customer Service Team for Guided Connection Assistance.

Our customer help desk is there to help customers experiencing
Bluetooth connection or product usage problems. Our staff are
ready and waiting to assist end-users (and resellers) so that the
reseller can quickly get back to the business of selling.

Most faults are rectified with a short phone call

Call the BlueAnt Customer Service Centre on
1300 669 049 (AUS to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)

A representative will contact you shortly.


Reseller to BlueAnt

Step 1

Reseller clarifies whether fault is a Hardware or Connection
problem. Extensive Manuals and Faq are available on this website.
Contact BlueAnt for assistance in clarification.

Step 2

For Hardware problems the Reseller contacts BlueAnt for an
RMA number. Call us on 1300 669 049 or log onto go to the Dealer Centre and fill out the short form - Click here to go to the form.
RMA is faxed or e-mailed to reseller.

For Connection problems, contact the BlueAnt for Guided
Connection Assistance.
Problem is usually resolved in a few minutes on the phone.

Step 3

Return suspect product with completed RMA form, Proof of
Purchase and details of fault to BlueAnt.

Step 4

Faulty Parts are replaced
Non-Faulty Parts are returned to reseller
