To access the V1 updater, you need to go to our support website and register your V1.

When you register your product we will create an account on the support system giving you access to a special downloads area.

The latest version of the V1 firmware is Version 5.3.

This update fixes a problem that caused the audio to be lost on incoming calls in certain situations when using the V1 Headset with some models of Nokia, Motorola, LG and HTC phones.

You can check which version of the software is installed on your BlueAnt device by checking the name and version number that appears in the pairing list on your phone.
