Reset Your BlueAnt
Step 3: Reset the BlueAnt Z9
Once you have completed a reset of your phone, you are ready to reset your BlueAnt device:
- To reset your Z9 it must be switched on but not connected to any devices.
- You should already have deleted the pairing information from your phone, but if you have not, use your phone's Bluetooth menu to disconnect from the Z9 and delete the pairing information.
- Now reset the Z9 by holding down "Vol +" and "Vol -" and then clicking the BlueAnt button.
- The Z9 will refresh its memory, delete all current pairing information and automatically go into pairing mode.
You will now need to re-pair your phone with your Z9.
Step 4: If You Are Still Experiencing Problems
If you have completed a reset of both your phone and your BlueAnt device and you are still experiencing problems, then we suggest you contact our support team, who will help you out with any difficulty you may be experiencing.
